Easy Does It

6.15.15

When I want to be comfortable I tend to reach for items that are easy to wear and preferably wrinkle free. No sense looking rumpled if I don’t have to. The cotton knit tank top came from Old Navy, and it’s a great summer piece. The skirt was purchased at White House/Black Market two years ago and I was thrilled when I discovered it still fit!

I get compliments every time I wear this scarf in my hair, but honestly I wear it because it keeps my hair out of my face. The fact that is adds a bit of extra color is a bonus. I think I’ll try some other scarves this summer. might as well get some use out of the small collection I’ve acquired over the years!

Today’s Outfit:

Orange knit tank top: Old Navy (recent)
Khaki skirt: White House/Black Market (2 years ago)
B.O.C. gold sandals: DSW (2 years ago)
Necklace, earrings, bracelet and scarf: Sam Moon Trading

**Some of you have asked about LYDesigns jewelry. It’s actually Lori Yeary Designs. A few years ago I had a jewelry design business, but I mainly just make jewelry for my own amusement/amazement now. I do some custom work for weddings, but it’s not really a “business” anymore. If you are interested in a custom piece, let me know and we’ll chat. I might just come out of retirement!

Have a lovely, healthy day!

Lori
