Affordable Fashion for Every Day

Maximum Style (2)

I simply love this dress. I bought it 2 years ago at Soma (on clearance, of course) and have worn it many times. But this is the first time (at least I think it is) I’ve featured it on the blog. It has detachable straps, but I seem to have misplaced them. It looks fine strapless, but I was meeting a friend for lunch and strapless just felt a little, I don’t know…formal? So I pulled out my now trusty denim vest and headed off to spend a delightful afternoon on a patio. The fact that it was raining didn’t stop us. What’s a little rain when you have a nicely covered patio to hang out on?

Today’s Outfit:

Strapless knit maxi dress: Soma (2 years ago, but they have some pretty ones in the store and online right now!)
Denim vest: The LOFT Outlet (recent)
Jun & Ivy lace up sandals: Francesca’s (last season)
Silver braided cuff bracelet: Charming Charlie (it covers my Fitbit perfectly!)

Have a lovely, healthy day!

If you have a minute, would you swing on over and check out my music site? I’ve added a video and updated the gig calendar with new dates for 2015
