Double Duty

You know I’m always looking for different ways to wear my clothes and today is no exception. This maxi “skirt” is actually a dress – I just added the chambray knit shirt and belt to mix things up a bit. It’s one way to extend the life of a sleeveless maxi dress – and will be a great option with a long sleeve chambray shirt or even a sweater as the weather cools. Which it has to. This heat is going to be the end of me for sure. I don’t know if it’s hormones or what, but the heat has definitely been more of an issue for me this summer. Thank goodness fall is on the way! Standing in front of a fan gets a little old after awhile…

I love all your comments, so please keep them coming!

If you have a minute, would you swing on over and check out my new music site?

What I wore:

Knit sleeveless maxi dress: Ross
Mossimo sleeveless chambray shirt: Target
Brown leather belt: Coldwater Creek
Franco Sarto brown wedge sandals: DSW

I love this outfit! Where did you buy the belt?

    • I can’t believe I forgot to list the belt! I found it at Coldwater Creek which, sadly, went out of business recently. I’ve seen similar belts at Target and Kohl’s recently, so hopefully you can find one! I’m on the hunt for a black belt, so let me know if you find something!

Thanks so much for your comment!
