Break it Down

I mentioned earlier this week that it’s been awhile since I’ve been shopping. Well, earlier this week I broke down and went to Old Navy. I’ve been holding off, but frankly I needed a couple things to get me through until the weather cools off some. I mean, I love being able to wear jeans to work, but a good pair of khaki pants is just essential. I found these new Pixie skinny ankle pants and fell in love. Well, serious like, anyway. They are comfortable and have just enough stretch. The shirt was another purchase and I may have to get it in some other colors – especially since they’re on sale right now! I love that it’s loose without being voluminous and just floats nicely away from my body. I could definitely see it under a sweater, blazer or denim jacket all the way through fall. Especially in Texas. Transitions. Transitions.

I love all your comments, so please keep them coming!

If you have a minute, would you swing on over and check out my new music site?

What I wore:

Pixie skinny ankle pants: Old Navy (You can find them here and they’re on sale!)
Old Navy sleeveless shirt: Old Navy (You can find it here and they’re on sale!!!)
