Affordable Fashion for Every Day

Fall Forward

I’m still pushing for fall. It was 100 degrees today, but I knew it would cool in church so out came this great light grey cotton sweater. It was a little warm (ok, HOT) when I took the photo, but it was definitely worth it. Come on, Fall. I’m ready for you!!!

If you have a minute, would you swing on over and check out my new music site?

What I wore:

Gray cotton sweater: Target
Jordache denim leggings: Walmart
Nine West dotted pumps: Nine West Outlet
Statement necklaces: LYDesigns

My comment/question is this: I’m 5’3 and normally wear size 14-16 in pants. (I am rather round in the tummy and flat on the rear) can I wear those Jordache jeggings? I love your look with the jacket/top/jeggings but should I stir clear?

    • Thanks for the question! When I was a size 12 I wore leggings/jeggings paired with a top that covered my bum! Tunic tops are everywhere right now, and tunic sweaters are going to be great this fall as well. I paired my leggings with either boots or heels for a longer, leaner line. I hope this helps!

Thanks so much for your comment!
