Easy as Pie

Ah, maxi dresses. Summer’s little helper. I mean, how much easier does it get? Take the dress off the hanger. Add cute shoes. And some earrings. And woosh! You’re looking fabulous and out the door in just minutes. And if the dress came from Walmart? Well isn’t that just the icing on the cake? I think so.

What I wore:

Faded Glory maxi dress: Walmart
Mia Black wedge sandals: DSW

  1. Yesterday I stopped by TJMaxx. I had to restrain myself. There were so many cute maxi dresses. I could wear one every day. What are your thoughts on the scalloped (?) ones. Where the front is knee length and the back is full. I find them much easier to move around in.

    • I have to stay away from TJM because they have so much cute stuff right now! Because I’m ” vertically challenged” I’ve not tried the “hi- low” hem trend. I feel I cuts me in half. It looks adorable on others, I just can’t seem to find one I really like. I would imagine it would give a lot more freedom of movement – especially when wrangling little ones!
